I was very impressed with this hotel in Davis. I definitely stay here again. Great staff. Excellent rooms and very nice breakfast which is included in with the room! Also has a pool which I didn't know, but it was winter time so it's an outdoor pool so that was not needed. Understand it is heated though. Note, one thing though if you stay, do not get rooms facing the freeway, it's not the noise from the cars going by, but it's the resonance that occurs in the double pane glass window which made it unbearable to sleep, at least to me it did. However, I did bring out my Bose noise canceling headphones, and that took care of the trick.
Great hotel for families visiting Davis. The one bedroom was perfect for a couple + 2 kids. Staff was really helpful and cordial, breakfast was exactly what we needed, and the location, while not central, is very easy to access pretty much anything in Davis in the area via car/Uber
